SOCA Heart 2026: Healthy Hearts. Healthy Nation.

The SOCA Heart Project is Guyana’s national campaign for heart health awareness, movement, and community fundraising.

From July through September 2026, we’re working in partnership with the Ministry of Health, Woodlands Hospital Limited, and Heart Foundation, Guyana to promote prevention, support cardiovascular health, and inspire long-term lifestyle change. Our goal is simple: Move with purpose. Live with power. Lead with heart.

Through free training programs, awareness campaigns, and a powerful finale event, SOCA Heart is turning heart health into a movement.

“The wonder of knowing that my 75-year-old body accomplished that 5K is now my inspiration to continue to walk, run, and move. SOCA Heart gave me joy, confidence, and the reminder that it’s never too late to start.”
