5K/10K Training Program Featuring the Change Makers


A free 12-week training series to help you prepare for race day - open to all ages and fitness levels. Led by trained coaches and supported by our Change Makers - public figures, influencers, and passionate advocates who are actively participating and inspiring movement across Guyana.

Program Highlights:
