5K/10K Training Program Featuring the Change Makers
Twelve free weekly training sessions across Georgetown designed to prepare participants for race day. These sessions are open to all fitness levels and are supported by our Change Makers - a team of public figures, influencers, and passionate advocates who are actively training for the 5K or 10 K while using their platforms to inspire movement, heart health, and community connection.

SOCA Heart Gym Challenge
Gym members are invited to form running and walking teams to showcase their support for living a healthy heart life while enjoying some friendly competition: fastest gym, most spirit gym, biggest gym team, etc. Competition kicks off July 27 and ends on race day Sept 28.

Corporate Step Challenge
Workplace teams compete to log the most steps, healthiest hearts, and promote employee wellness. It’s movement, momentum, and mission - all wrapped into one powerful challenge.
