What to Expect

Second annual Energy 5K run Walk. Hosted by the Guyana Energy Conference & Supply Chain Expo 2026, this free community event will bring residents, community stakeholders and visitors together for a morning of energized fun and community building.

The 5K run walk will traverse 3.1 miles of the beautiful shore line area leaving from the Marriott Hotel beach area. This is a free event so register early to secure your spot.

Online registration registration thru Feb 2 or until tickets are all taken. Rally your friends, family, workmates, church member, classmates, business partners and join us. Great team builder and social event. REGISTER HERE

❋ Free Training

STRIDE592 will provide free weekly group training for anyone interested setting a goal for their 5K. Walker and Runners invited. Develop a weekly practice, join a community and build your strength and endurance. SIGN UP HERE

❋ Packet Pick Up

Save the Dates: Feb 12-14 you will able to pick up your race bib and swag packets at the Marriott Hotel. No Registration or packet pick will be available on race day

Get ready for a fun, energizing run/walk and after party. SOCA Warm up, refreshments, secured route with water stations, music truck, refreshments, music by 96.1FM, fan favorite Tug O War and more.
